As Kajsa told you every day at the office is different. I want to show you what a day at CF Supply Chain can look like. Right now I am in the final phase of my second project at this department.
Since I last wrote I have finished the TCO for muffins and donuts. Now I have a new task. I am looking at the consultant purchases that we do at Lantmännen. I am also going to map the consultant spend and make a TCO (as in the previous task).
Thursday 20th of November
08:10 – 08:30 Breakfast
08:30 – 09:30 Telephone interview. To learn more about the consultant purchases at Lantmännen I have interviewed many people from the different business units. This was the last interview.
09:30 – 12:00 Team meeting: go through the TCO I have made. We talked about what more we needed to add to the final presentation, which I am going to work further with in the afternoon.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00 – 13:30 Feedback with my mentor from the previous project.
13:30 – 15:30 Working on the presentations slides we discussed in the team meeting.
15:30 – 16:30 Present the consultant spend I have made with one of the team members.
16:30 – 17:00 Write this blog post.
17:00 – 20:30 AW at the HQ with an auction. Paintings, vases and other items from closed offices were auctioned off. The money from the auction was donated to Världens Barn.
