We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to support Lantmännen Unibake in ensuring high-quality, reliable, and consistent master data across our global organization. This role plays a key part in strengthening data governance and supporting our continued digital transformation, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
This is what you will do
You will be part of our Data & Analytics team and work closely with the Data Governance Lead, Master Data Coordinators and other business stakeholders across HQ and local units. As Master Data Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for leading the data migration workstream within our Dynamics 365 implementation projects across the organization. In addition, you will support the maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of master data processes, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with global standards.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data quality and processes
- Drive data migration, cleansing activities, and system implementations (including D365)
- Advise and support business stakeholders with master data requests, changes, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with local Master Data Coordinators across markets
- Perform data quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all legal entities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with governance guidelines
- Provide training and guidance on master data standards and best practices
