An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the development of our Sales in Romania.

This is what you will do

  • Develop and manage an efficient direct distribution model for allocated Modern Trade (IKA) customers,
  • Negotiate and manage annual contracts with key accounts,
  • Drive sales performance across all product categories and achieve agreed targets,
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities,
  • Implement the sales strategy to expand customer base and strengthen market presence,
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top clients,
  • Continuously focus on new category listings within existing accounts.

This is what you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (Key Account / Modern Trade)
  • University degree (preferably Business Administration or related field)
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel when required
