This is what you will do
As Controller, you will be part of the Central Finance team within Cerealia and play an important role in supporting both Financial and Business Controlling activities. This is a hands-on role with a broad scope, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise across multiple areas of controlling.
You will support the team with financial reporting processes, contribute to monthly closing activities, and help develop reporting templates and timelines. You will also work with troubleshooting and analysis in systems such as Cognos, while providing controlling support to stakeholders across the business. A key part of the role is ensuring high quality in recurring processes while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
As Cerealia continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a dynamic environment where processes, systems, and ways of working are continuously being developed and refined. Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach, alongside the ability to build strong relationships across Finance, HR, IT, and other business functions.
You will report to the Head of Business and Financial Controlling and be based in Stadshagen, Stockholm.
