This is what you will do

Firstly, let’s talk about the team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lantmännen you will be part of a professional team where we contribute and share knowledge openly and have a great time doing so. From day one, you will be a valued team member and in the operative work you will focus on recruiting specialists and managers, mainly to our Swedish businesses. As an expert in your field, you will act as a business partner and provide high-quality support and advice to ensure the entire recruitment process is handled successfully. In this process you will be teaming up with our hiring managers, business leaders, and HR-partners within the organization.

As Lantmännen is a group consisting of various, exciting businesses, working with talent acquisition means that you will be a specialist in the art of recruiting and the process. You will be driving end-to-end recruitment, including building pipelines and sourcing candidates externally, covering a broad range of categories such as production, IT, operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, HR and more. Lantmännen Group consists of six sectors and through working closely with our managers, you will get unique insights into several of our businesses throughout the entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate.

Our team are highly skilled specialists within TA and recruitment, and we take great pride in contributing to various projects and improvement initiatives within our field of expertise. We continuously strive to improve, and we are actively exploring AI solutions within the talent acquisition field, where we recognize potential and numerous possibilities to enhance our efficiency and processes.

The talent acquisition team is part of Group HR. Our colleagues work with closely related processes like talent- and performance management, competence- & leadership development as well as people-tech and total rewards. You will be offered a one year contract, and you will be located in our office in Stockholm. You will report to the Acting Talent Acquisition Manager whom is located in Malmö.


This is what you need to succeed

You have

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, either from a recruiting firm or from an in-house recruitment team.
  • Expertise in sourcing and pipeline building for a wide range of roles, specialists as well as senior management positions.
  • Prior knowledge of psychometric assessments in the recruitment process.
  • Strong communications skills in Swedish and English.
