An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our bakery in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to Technical Manager, you will play a leading role in the implementation of maintenance management and execution processes adopted by Lantmännen Unibake and according to strategy. You will be mainly responsible for the life cycle asset management process throughout the entire life cycle of the assets

This is what you will do

  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations, by working with Production to perform analyses of assets;
  • Have a focus in asset continuous improvement performance, loss elimination, risk management and the maintenance reliability of the entire asset life cycle;
  • Track the production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs;
  • Work with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations;
  • Participate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participate in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical maintenance, repair and operations suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develop acceptance tests and inspections;
  • Participate in the final check out of new installations/machines. This includes machinery acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications;
  • Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems;
  • Professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan based on criticality and Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis;
  • Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations; Coordinate, lead and implement the Unibake SPS (Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA);
  • Ensure failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS);
  • Ensure that reliability data is controlled and monitored;
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel;
  • Apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions;
  • Support the development of technical specifications to maintenance planner.

This is what you need to succeed:

  • University Degree in the field of Mechatronics or Automation engineering
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the field of production line maintenance or commissioning
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance plans and the tools associated with failure detection (e.g. vibration analysis, troubleshooting of automated machinery, thermography)
  • Great technical & project skills
  • Solid experience in problem solving and troubleshooting on automated systems
  • Solid experience in continuous improvement programs
  • Good knowledge in MS office and reporting tools
  • Basic Knowledge in using a Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of local statutory requirements.
