An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global CMMS Training & Support Technician to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Copenhagen.
This is what you will do
You will support the global rollout and continuous improvement of our CMMS and GMS standards by training, supporting, and developing maintenance teams across our sites at Lantmännen Unibake. You will create modern training materials, provide hands-on support, and act as a key sparring partner to local technical organizations. The role involves extensive international travel (3–4 days per week) and close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure standardization of maintenance processes, safety, and best practices.
Primary areas of responsibility
- Re-training of new staff aligned with GMS guidelines.
- Develop training material for self training and by-side training included use of AI and other smart tools & condition monitoring.
- Help desk function & support development of global GMS instructions & workflows.
- Support H&S issues, tasks, supporting the overall global strategy and strongly advocate H&S on a daily basis;
- Audit & Report GMS best practices under defined guidelines;
- Ensure Data collection & improvement of GMS & CMMS KPI’s
- Support the implementation of Stock Management Optimization Program (MRO)
- Support the Drive roll out & developing of maintenance system.
- Support Preferred Supplier management & establishment of service contracts
- Works to establish and deploy best practices within technical processes
- Participate and support organization of Global technical Forums & global network communication moments.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Supports cluster production organization with technical issues & root cause analysis exercises.
- Develop local technical organizations;
- Drives global standardization under LU GMS guidelines
