Do you want to contribute to Lantmännen’s financial strength and risk control in a purpose-driven group that takes responsibility from field to fork? We are now looking for a Treasury Controller to join our Group Treasury & Risk Management team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to take on a broad and analytical role at the heart of Lantmännen’s financial governance.

Here's what you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for financial control related to Treasury – including accounting, monitoring and month end reporting. Your scope will extend to the entire Lantmännen Group’s Financial Net items and Net Debt, encompassing financial assets and liabilities. You will monitor and analyse financial risk exposure and support the business in ensuring risk-taking stays within the limits defined by the Board.

A central part of your work will be to develop and prepare decision material for the Board’s risk mandates and Group Risk Directives. You will also follow up on compliance and produce monthly reporting to the Group Risk Committee. Additionally, you will support business areas in implementing commodity risk guidelines and take part in identifying and monitoring commodity risks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for administering the Group’s Pension Foundation – a task that requires you to independently manage governance, reporting and stakeholder relations.

The role is based at our head office in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Middle Office at Group Treasury & Risk Management.

You have:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
  • A few years of experience from accounting/controlling roles in large organisations.
  • A solid understanding of financial processes and reporting.
  • Experience from treasury, risk control or financial analysis is an advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.

You are:

  • Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in understanding how our business works.
  • Analytical and structured, with the ability to work both conceptually and hands-on.
  • A relationship-builder who communicates clearly and works well in teams.
  • Comfortable in an independent role, taking ownership and driving initiatives forward.
