An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Head of Financial Controlling to join us at our office in Stockholm. This is a permanent position, reporting to the CFO of Lantmännen Cerealia.

Working in Cerealia as Head of Financial Controlling provides great opportunities to influence the future development of the business through financial excellence, compliance, and process leadership. You will also be part of the Cerealia Finance Leadership Team, where you will work alongside highly engaged colleagues and be part of the Lantmännen Group Finance community. You will also have personal responsibility for one Financial Controller.

This is what you will do

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take responsibility for Cerealia’s financial controlling agenda. In this role, you will ensure high-quality financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, tax, and internal control processes across the division. You will also be the trusted advisor and key contact for all finance-related matters in your scope.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Secure accurate and timely group accounting and consolidation, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and group policies.
  • Drive the monthly and annual reporting processes, delivering high-quality reports and analyses.
  • Lead treasury operations, including hedging, liquidity management, and capital structure optimization.
  • Oversee tax compliance and internal control frameworks, ensuring robust governance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for countries, group functions, and external stakeholders in financial reporting, treasury, and hedging matters.
  • Contribute to M&A activities, supporting due diligence, integration, and reporting processes.
  • Continue developing financial processes and guidelines, building on the foundations already established and driving continuous improvement.

You have:

  • An academic degree within business administration or accounting.
  • Extensive experience in group accounting, consolidation, treasury, tax, and internal control.
  • Solid expertise in IFRS and external reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in building and developing financial processes, ideally in a multinational group setting.
  • Strong professional skills from industries such as FMCG or production in an international environment.
  • Experience from and ability to navigate and influence in a multicountry organization with a group company
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Swedish, both written and spoken.
