An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.
Reporting to Commercial Director, you will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, to provide good service for customers.
This is what you will do:
- Record and process orders and/or inquiries received by e.g. EDI, mail.
- Handle complains within clearly defined instructions.
- Coordinate orders and deliveries with clients.
- Collect and provide products’ information within established guidelines.
- Report centralized credit notes within established limitations and confirm orders.
- Serve as communication link between customers, customer service and sales staff.
- Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
