As Central Commercial Controller at Lantmännen Cerealia, you’ll be a key driver in consolidating and analyzing our commercial performance – turning numbers into actionable insights that shape our business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both senior finance and commercial leadership, influencing the direction of our brands across multiple markets. You’ll play a vital part in steering our long- and short-term performance, with exposure to strategic projects, sustainability initiatives, and a wide commercial network.


This is what you will do

You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly reporting and analysis of consolidated category, customer, and channel financials – identifying performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions. You will manage the forecasting and budgeting process for our commercial planning block, covering demand, sales volume, net sales, gross profit, A&P spend, and SG&A.

Your role includes coordinating and developing our commercial controller network, promoting standardized processes and ways of working. You will act as super user for the financial planning system, ensuring continuous development of relevant commercial modules. Partnering closely with our Chief Marketing & Portfolio Officer, you will drive the commercial strategic plan process, evaluate business cases, and support profitability improvements. Sustainability is an integral part of our commercial offering and a knowledge of this framework will be an asset.

Your collaboration with the BI team will ensure relevant reporting tools are in place, and you’ll work to strengthen financial know-how across marketing and commercial teams. You will be based at Lantmännen Cerealia Holding AB, reporting solid line to the Head of Business Controlling and dotted line to the CMPO.


This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Academic Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Experience from business controlling with proven competence in sales & commercial controlling
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ working experience with financial analysis, business controlling and finance business partnering
  • Advanced Office package skills such as Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Advanced BI and financial planning tools knowledge
  • Moderate Enterprise Resource Planning knowledge
  • Fluent in English, a Nordic language is favorable

  • Collaborative, with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • Proactive in driving improvements and standardizing processes.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders on multiple levels in a matrix set up.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Detail-oriented while keeping a strategic perspective.
