This is what you will do

As a Business Process Manager – Lead to Cash, you will drive the development, implementation, and governance of the end-to-end Business Processes within your area, such as commercialize opportunities, contract management and order to cash. This means that you will be accountable to create, develop, structure, document and continuously improve all business processes within Lead to Cash. An important part of this is to ensure the organization understands and uses the processes, by being part of implementation and training. You will be working with several stakeholders across the organization but mainly with Sales, marketing, product development, supply chain and finance.

Your role also consists of being the business representative in projects impacting your processes, prioritizing among business requirements, and leading development and maintenance forums. You will also be responsible for ensuring all process related documentation and training materials are accurate and available and coordinate sales BI reporting needs together with your stakeholders in Data and Analytic forums.

The Lead to Cash area is in a developmental phase, which gives you, as Business Process Manager, an opportunity to influence the processes, the master data structures and drive meaningful changes and best practices within the area.

You will be part of a dynamic team of four Business Process Managers, working cross Nordic countries. In this position travelling will occur, mainly within the Nordic countries.

The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm, you will report to Manager Business Processes.


This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • A relevant academic degree.
  • A few years of experience working within business process management for sales.
  • Experience in business development using business processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems used in business processes, preferably M3.
  • Experience in producing process maps and ability to convert business models to processes.
  • Experience from a larger manufacturing company.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English. It’s a plus if you are fluent in one of the other Nordic Languages as well.

  • Skilled at organizing, planning, and prioritizing your own work effectively and independently.
  • Capable to analyze complex information and convert to holistic, business-centered overview.
  • Positive and have a solution-oriented attitude, where you see challenges as exciting.
