Lantmännen Cerealia is now looking for a Lead Buyer to take responsibility for sourcing and category development within transport, warehousing and distribution. This is an opportunity to contribute from day one and make a real impact on both commercial results and goals.

This is what you will do
As Lead Buyer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing sourcing strategies with a clear focus on transportation, warehousing and distribution across the Nordics and EU. You will manage sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including business analysis, tendering, negotiation and contracting, and collaborate closely with local supply chain teams..

You will also together with the team be responsible for the roadmap towards the Supply Chain Strategy 2030.

Your work will include streamlining supplier setups, harmonizing logistics flows and identifying cost-saving opportunities and synergies across markets. You will also contribute to our sustainability journey by supporting emission reductions through supplier engagement and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will support accurate price and contract data management in the relevant systems, and help build a logistics category playbook for future development.

You will be part of the indirect Procurement team and report to the Procurement Category Manager, and the position is based in Stockholm.


This is what you need to succeed

You have

  • A university degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economy or a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in logistics, operations or supply chain, ideally combined with sourcing responsibility
  • Knowledge of warehousing and transportation flows across different channels
  • Experience with procurement processes, supplier interaction and contract handling
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably M3), TMS or planning tools
  • Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Swedish
