Central Operations Controller
Do you want to play a key role in driving operational performance through financial insights and decision support? Lantmännen Cerealia is now looking for a Central Operations Controller to join our Central Finance Business Controlling team. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical excellence with business acumen and close collaboration with operations controllers in our different operating countries.
Here's what you will do
As Central Operations Controller, you will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing Cerealia’s operations performance. Being the finance partner to our operations management, you will provide decision support and financial insights to drive both short- and long-term improvements.
You will lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for operations and ensure that relevant costs are tracked, allocated, and monitored against forecasts. You will also coordinate central finance tasks related to CAPEX, factory P&Ls, balance sheet reporting, and inventory management.
In addition, you will drive the operations controllers’ network by promoting standardized processes and consistent ways of working across Cerealia operations controlling. You will also take an active role in the development and implementation of the Cerealia Finance model, ensuring that controlling practices are fully aligned with this framework.
Another important part of your role is to act as a super user of our financial planning system, supporting both the development of the system and its effective use within operations. You will also provide financial insights to the Operations Leadership Team, participate in strategic projects, and contribute to business case evaluations.
You will work closely with both the Head of Business Controlling (solid reporting line) and the Chief Operations Officer (dotted reporting line).
