Earlier this year our first in-house recruiting function was established. After a successful start, it’s now time to expand. As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lantmännen, you will be a key business partner at a global company that makes a difference in society and everyday lives, from field to fork!

This is what you will do

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will provide our managers, business leaders, and HR-partners with high-quality expert advice to ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled successfully. You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, covering a vast range of competence areas, but mainly focusing on recruiting specialists and managers. Driving the end-to-end recruitment processes means being responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to find the perfect match. To ensure a professional assessment, you will use both competency-based interviews and psychometric tests.

Except for running the daily recruiting activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the recruiting function and other talent acquisition projects. One of them is the implementation of a new modern ATS/recruiting system during 2020.

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Function at Group HR and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The position is located at our headquarter in Stockholm, but with the flexibility to occasionally travel to other locations where we operate. The position is initially limited to one year.


This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience from end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, at a recruiting firm or an international company
  • Experience from recruiting within different areas and functions rather than being a specialist in a specific field
  • Preferably solid knowledge and licensed within a psychometric test, ex Cubiks or similar
  • Strong communications skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English

  • Comfortable in taking the lead and gain stakeholders trust through delivering excellence and professionalism in the recruiting process
  • A doer who enjoys taking initiatives and has a pragmatic approach to overcome challenges
  • Great at communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders
