We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Architect & Domain Lead to support one of the most significant business transformations currently underway in the Nordic region: the Unibake Business Platform implementation.

This is what you will do

We are looking for a Technical Architect & Domain Lead to drive the development, quality, and performance of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) solutions. In this role, you will be the technical expert guiding our transition to the cloud, ensuring architectural best practices, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will play a key role in defining and implementing high-quality solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring system performance and scalability.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Drive and act as an internal subject matter expert in the technical domain and perform the role as technical architect across the Dynamics suite
  • Ensure quality of code across the Dynamics solution, drive standards and best-practice
  • Act as a bridge between business, Solution Owners/Specialists and development team(s)
  • Lead the activities for your domain by:
    • Providing analysis and design technical solutions for Dynamics requirements
    • Defining and evaluating the non-functional/technical requirements
    • Reviewing technical specifications and collaborate with the functional team
    • Performing quality assurance of solutions built by our partners and other specialists
    • Assisting with design and implementation of integrations to D365fo and AX
    • Taking an active lead in preventing performance issues
    • Ensuring 3rd-level support for technical D365fo and AX issues

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant within ERP solutions.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage and oversee technical deliverables from others.
  • Extensive experience with X++ development, following Microsoft best practices.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and database management, including performance optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including ERP, CE (Customer Engagement), and Power Platform.

Your “power skills”:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze, present, and solve issues.
  • Systematic and persistent approach to work.
  • Performance-driven with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to interact at all levels.
