Implement and develop modern business oriented people tech solutions. Is that your thing? Are you also looking for the next challenge in an organization that is implementing Workday? Now we are looking for a solution-oriented People Tech Partner.

This is what you will do

As a People Tech Partner you will work in close collaboration with the People Tech team and global HR process owners to further develop and optimize Workday, making sure the platform truly supports our people processes, adding value and efficiency to the business. As we are just in the beginning of our Workday journey you will have the ability to influence ways of working and take part of an exciting digitalization journey ahead for our people processes.

As a People Tech Partner you will be providing consultation to various stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing solutions and impact analysis. In other words, you are a partner towards the business with a true expertise within workday and great knowledge of how to translate business requirements in to fit for purpose solutions in Workday. You will also drive configurations and develop best practice in how we should maintain and further develop the system.

As an People tech partner, you have a prominent role with great opportunity to influence issues within your area of responsibility. You will be located at Lantmännen's office in Stockholm or Malmö. At Lantmännen, the office is the main workplace, but we believe in flexibility where you of course get the opportunity to work from home.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Experience from workday HCM Core processes
  • Experience from configurations, implementations and continuous development in workday
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • An academic degree in HR, IT or similar

You are:

  • A self-starter with the ability to get things done.
  • Reliable and delivers according to multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical with the ability to develop and analyze HR processes
  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A true team-player, where you know that you succeed as a team
